This work was conducted in conjunction with the Los Angeles City Planning Department as part of a community visioning process for a large tract of vacant land in San Pedro. PRAIRIEFORM's John Kamp conducted a series of urban design trainings to help introduce community members to concepts such as shared streets, complete streets, and to help them think critically about spatial relationships between the street and sidewalk.
